How Do I Move Forward?

We all reach a point in life where we feel like moving forward is unatonable BUT this is just a stage in life and with the right guidance and education we all have the ability to move forward. Staying stagnant, ruminating on past events and things that are out of our control only adds to the problem. Now is the time to pick yourself up and find the help and support that you need to move on stronger than ever before. Self discipline starts with looking after our physical health as well as looking after our mental health, feeling more comfortable in our bodies is a massive step and I’m here to help you start on the journey.

Is Coaching Right For Me?

Anyone can train you, AI can write you a program & the army can get you fit to go to war. I’m not Cavalry Training, I’m Cavalry Coaching for a reason. While trainers excel in physical fitness and exercise programming, as a coach I offer a more comprehensive approach to well-being, addressing mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects in addition to physical health. By providing personalized support, accountability, and guidance, I can empower clients to create meaningful and sustainable changes that lead to greater fulfillment, resilience, and vitality in life.

How Do You Deliver Your Service?

I use a combination of Zoom Meetings, Google Workspace, WhatsApp & My Very own App. With monthly coaching packages we have a weekly Zoom call to go over the week and prepare for the week ahead. Your Workout Plans will be customized through my app and other documents will be sent via PDF and also powered and delivered by Google Sheets & Doc’s, Daily communication will be access to the cavalry WhatsApp Group and my personal messaging service. I have built this system to make it as easy as possible for us to keep in touch and for me to be able to give you the best possible service.

Do Your Workout Plans Get Results?

When I first started lifting weights and working out it wasn’t for vanity or to attract the opposite sex, it was after a number of personal struggles that had left me no longer comfortable in my own body. I didn’t have any confidence to go to a public gym as I didn’t want to be see or felt like I was being judged by others so over time going from body weight movements I slowly started investing in home gym equipment and gaining the knowledge to insure that I wasn’t wasting my time and going about things the wrong way. My Programs & Courses take all that time and knowledge and condenses it down so you can make the best progress as possible whether your are a total beginner or someone with former gym experience. Be consistent, trust the process and you will make the changes that you want to see.
