After going through a number of personal struggles leading to me no longer feeling comfortable in my own skin I realised that I needed to make a change. Since then I have dedicated my time to reeducating, becoming qualified and building my own facility for others to train and start their own journeys. I’m now moving my services online to reach and help others that are going through the same want for change. My Aim is to help people find they're inner strength to create a meaningful and fulfilled life .
